Details
At the 1931 Colorado Convention, The Frontier Nursing Service (FNS) was chosen as the first International Philanthropy for AOII. The FNS safeguarded the lives of women and children in rural Kentucky who were in dire need for skilled medical care. AOII’s support provided training, education, transportation, and more for their trained-mid-wives.
