Awarded for the first time in 2021 and named in honor of Past International President Gayle Fitzpatrick, Alpha Rho (Oregon State University), this award recognizes a first or second-year emerging leader of a collegiate chapter who reflects the values of AOII, is a cheerleader for the chapter, has strong academics, is a leader on campus and in the community, and inspires ambition in her chapter. Amber Galyon, Rho Omicron (Middle Tennessee State University) was the first recipient.
