AOII pivoted during a pandemic to provide a meaningful initiation experience for over 800 new members in the spring of 2020. RT&J revised Rituals to allow IP Crystal Combs to initiate members via numerous Zoom calls. RT&J followed-up with post initiation workshops for all new members.
